What you’ll be doing

A Talent Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing high quality candidates for public and private sector clients. You will also assist Sr. Recruiters throughout the full recruitment cycle. Other job functions may include:

  • Performing candidate reference checks, and status updates
  • Contacting candidates for required documentation. This may include; signed agreements, tax forms, certifications, etc…
  • Posting job opportunities to job boards and social media sites
  • Assisting recruiters in providing coverage on requirements
