Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client’s challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Manual QA Engineer.

Your main responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases for mobile applications

Work closely with development team to identify, report, and troubleshoot issues

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met

Provide recommendations to improve the overall quality of the software products

Continuously improve testing practices and methodologies

Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in manual testing

Mobile app testing experience is a plus

Insurance domain expertise is a big plus

Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
