Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing for a local Chatham Kent client

  • Outside marketing specialist who is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with groups/entities who can provide leads

  • Ensure successful brand management and lead generation to meet company’s goals

  • Develops the annual marketing plan and budget that will meet company lead goals within the budgeted cost for such leads

  • Analyzes the progress of the plan at regular intervals and makes necessary adjustments

  • Run and coordinate home shows. Schedule existing staff to work them. Identify, exhibit, and evaluate events to drive lead generation

  • Oversees content calendar for social channels, websites, newsletters, and blogs

  • Manages digital marketing partners to execute strategies to generate leads on all digital platforms

    • – In short – lead generation through constant contact with relators, home inspectors, architects, engineers, contractors, commerce meetings, etc

  • Ability to travel to customer locations ( G license required)
  • Work closely with social media coordinator
  • Marketing or Business degree/diploma along with 5+ years of industry experience
