Our client in the Blenheim, ON area is seeking to fill for (2) – WAREHOUSE MATERIAL COORDINATORS
Start Date: ASAP
Wages: $20.00/ hour- $24.00/hour
Shift: DAYS – Monday-Thursday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Friday – 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (paid 44 reg, 1.4 overtime)
This position is PERMANENT, for an excellent employer!
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform light mechanical rebuilds of roll shells; operate hydraulic press and bench grinder;
- Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments;
- Prepare various documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials;
- Prepare shipments by assembling and arranging for the transportation of materials/equipment;
- Receive shipments by unpacking, verifying against manifests, and recording incoming materials/equipment;
- Communicate with clients to resolve issues, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance;
- Read work orders to determine work assignments or material/equipment requirements;
- Move equipment and materials to and from different areas of the site (production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles etc.) by hand/trolley or forklift;
- Other warehouse general labour as required.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 required, High school diploma or GED; (provide proof)
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an industrial warehouse;

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED;
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an industrial warehouse;
- Physically able to perform assigned duties and lift up to 50 pounds independently;
- Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to inspect and perform light mechanical repairs and improvements;
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritize workload;
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills;
- Forklift certificate an asset;
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
