We are hiring a Finance Manager to join our Accounting team!
The Finance Manager position is responsible for assisting the team in financial management of approximately $450M in total assets distributed over 20+ companies involved in various stages of development in Alberta, BC and Ontario.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
The Finance Manager is accountable for professional work that includes, but is not limited to:
- Collaborate across Cantiro and our lender partners and maintain strong networks/relationships with the ability to coordinate and influence activities and project advancement.
- Control of bank reporting with our various lenders including all reporting and loan draw documents.
- Collaboration with Project and Development Managers to build new finance packages, and working with lenders on advancing funding for new projects.
- Building and preparing financial models for new projects.
- Review and collaboration with external property managers, and analysis of monthly commercial project reporting.
- Financial analysis and dashboard production for existing projects and business lines.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set/experience:
- CPA or CFA designation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the practices of real estate and real estate lending.
- Ability to carry-out assigned duties with minimal supervision as well as provide leadership in carrying out duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prepare concise, accurate and clear reporting materials.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Salary: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
