Office Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday

Sales & Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Work as an integral member of the team to support the sales efforts of the Private Label sales team.
  • Maintain familiarity with customers standard concepts, practices and procedures to ensure good business relationships.
  • New product launch timeline ownership, ensure key milestone dates are communicated and are being met.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer profiles within the CRM application.
  • Responsible for completing and maintaining sales reports and sales information requests weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Complete retailer required documentation; new item forms, internal price maintenance forms, costing documentation etc.
  • Responsible for creation and follow up of sample requests on behalf of the sales team.
  • Assist with business plan preparations, forecasts, and analysis.
  • Assist sales team with the development and consistency of customer quotations.
  • Create marketing collateral for sales team including sales presentations, brochures, sell sheets etc.
  • Coordinate and execute all tradeshows & industry events.
  • Contribute to the success of the sales team by leading or assisting with other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the sales environment, production and forecasting
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry specifics and standards.
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams).
  • Experience navigating Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Collaborative and persuasive.
  • Creativity to find and propose solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Ability to travel to North America & International.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Mastersuite and Google Analytics considered an asset.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of related work experience.
  • Experience working for a CPG company in a similar role is considered an asset.
