Under the responsibility of the Project Manager and Process Optimization, within the accounting team, the project analyst will participate in the various projects affecting the accounting department.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Here are some ways you can optimize accounting processes:

  • Be the point of contact between accounting and IT teams
  • Reconciling all the expectations of the many stakeholders affected by the various projects,
  • Contribute to improving existing processes
  • Monitor projects under his/her responsibility to ensure that the schedule is respected and that the desired results will be achieved in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to the various accounting teams (Laval and Toronto)
  • Provide support related to projects deployed to all our stores across Canada

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

We want you to join our team! Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting OR project management training OR equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or project management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a multi-task environment, meet deadlines and deliver high quality results
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral professional exchanges
  • Essential Bilingualism (French-English)
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of PDI Enterprise and Reconnet software (an asset)
