As an Exterior Cleaner, you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of the exterior areas and parking area of Jackson Square Upper Plaza. This Part time shift is 7:00AM – 12:00PM.
Saturday and Sunday only.
Your work will include:
- Sweep cigarette butts and litters, pine cones, leaves pine needles etc. On Plaza
- Sweep under tables on Plaza
- Sweep ,pick up debris and change garbages at all entrances
- Remove garbage and wipe down garbage bins
- Operate various equipment (sweeper, blower, etc.)
- Remove stickers and graffiti if needed
- Report maintenance issues
- Both covid-19 vaccines needed

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Must be able to work outside in different weather conditions
- Able to communicate with supervisor, Client and general public
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
