Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition team operates within our OneHR team as a strategic partner to the business. We work to provide data-driven, intelligently crafted services to ensure alignment between our team and Equinix’s business hiring initiatives. Responsibilities

  • You will be at the heart of an encouraging and forward-thinking greenfield Strategic Sourcing team who strive to do things differently and work together to tackle sophisticated problems

  • The Senior Strategic Sourcer will be predominantly responsible for our AMER presence, hiring for our Corporate Functions and Sales and Revenue offices However, we are more broadly seeking creative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent

  • As a specialist in the TA organization, the Strategic Sourcer will build and execute on candidate generation strategies in partnership with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers. You will be focused on building diverse talent pipelines, our employer brand and network across the region

  • With on eye on best-in-class sourcing practices, you will have the opportunity to partner across teams to attract the best talent the industry has to offer. This is a phenomenal opportunity to be in a high-visibility role as part of a team passionate about making an impact on the business while recruiting for smart, diverse and innovative talent

  • You will need to identify, engage, and assess top talent

  • Innovation is the key along with researching and identifying new ways of reaching individuals. You’ll network and engage with talent in the market – directly sourcing talent based on selection criteria agreed upon

  • Act as first point of contact for interested individual and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Be authentic with external talent and make exploring opportunities with Equinix easy – both now, and in the future

  • Provide regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress

  • Work closely with internal partners including Talent Marketing and Pathways team on campaigns and initiatives to increase diversity and brand awareness. Drive conversion from passive to active by positive presentation of Equinix. Outline Equinix market position and USPs, and build external applicants’ knowledge of opportunity fit, level, and comp match


Qualifications

  • Strategic sourcing experience across Marketing, Sales and Corporate Function domains

  • Experience in research or pure sourcing, gained within a sophisticated and fast paced environment

  • In-depth knowledge of the tech talent market with focus on AMERS based roles and experience recruiting in a highly driven market

  • Strong communication skills, excellent relationship building skills and eagerness to succeed

  • Thrive in working with business leaders and have confidence taking insight to the business, and to challenge to status quo

  • Bilingual (French/English) is preferred

  • 3+ years experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s preferred
