Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a HR Analyst, Talent Management on a permanent basis remotely from your home office within Western Canada.

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of talent management programs.
- You will administer and support work activities of talent management practices, programs and processes. This includes project coordination, development of communications and presentations, hosting sessions, analysis and reporting etc.
- You will develop and facilitate presentations and training on talent management practices and programs including developing resources to educate and support leaders to help embed Talent Management practices across the Co-operative Retailing System.
- You will receive and respond to inquiries related to talent management programs through HR Connect, consulting with HR Specialists as required.
- You will provide career and development planning guidance by preparing and supporting the facilitation of talent reviews for business units at FCL and at Local Co-ops alongside the HR Specialist, Talent Management.
- You will support in the administration and execution of surveys (i.e. employee engagement, pulse surveys)

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for Human Resources
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience within Human Resources (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Familiarity with talent management considered an asset.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
