Your role is important:
You will collaborate with Product Specialists, the Customer Care Manager, Major Accounts and Customer Conquests to help foster sales growth. You will be a liaison between customers and our external sales team. You will notify customers of new product releases and services offered by the Uni-Select group.
Your main responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for customers on our products and services
- Receive orders, respond to complaints and handle returns
- Calculate charges and process billing or payments for customers
- Provide information on newly released products and services, and promotional campaigns
- Direct and assist customers with the use of Uni-Selects’ e-solutions suite
- Conduct outbound calls to current customers to promote products in support of sales growth
- Proactively engage customers on relevant and impactful information
- Communicate with the Customer Care Manager in regards to market sale opportunities
- Transfer account opportunities to the Major Accounts and Product Sales force teams for closing
- Communicate with Product Specialists team with respect to inventory upgrades and sales activities
- Diligently update all customer interactions in the CRM & follow up with internal stakeholders
- Gain in-depth knowledge of client needs to support their growth and provide a clear view on how to increase purchases
- Function as a subject matter resource for USI Inventory Assortment and Tools
- Review quarterly the checklist of all key elements to the USI Program as well as KPIs with regards to sales, defective returns & express orders
Requirements:
- A driven sales representative with a proven track record in sales growth with a background in business
- Minimum 3 years experience with inside sales
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized, self-disciplined and able to multi-task
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), SAP, Power BI Dashboards, Concur, USI Web suite and E-Commerce tools considered an asset
