As our company expands, so does our team. We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist / Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position ideal for an individual who is an excellent multi-tasker and enjoys learning.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Greet staff & clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes etc.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Data Entry of Accounts Payable
  • Reconciling of Accounts Payable
  • Filing of Accounts Payable

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field (an asset)
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High degree of punctuality and reliability.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00 per hour

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
