Fresenius Kabi Canada is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join our Hospital Compounding team!
The Impact You Will Make:
The Regional Sales Manager, Compounding Solutions is responsible for the efficient performance of all sales activities for Company products in an assigned territory in order to achieve or exceed sales
and profitability objectives in both the short and long term. This position holds primary responsibility for the management of a geographic territory. The Regional Sales Manager, Compounding
Solutions is involved in sales and marketing activities along with effective customer relationship
management with the goal of maintaining all current customers and expanding sales to new
customers and markets to ensure profitability for the region.
What You’ll Bring:
Knowledge & Experience. You will possess a University degree or equivalent and 2 plus years of experience in hospital pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales. A proven track record of success in highly competitive hospital product market. A background in health care environment is an asset. Must possess ability to multi-task and prioritize workload of two departments. Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal). Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels both inside and outside the organization. Proven ability to adhere to standards and procedures and maintain confidentiality. Must be fluent in both French and English.
Willingness to travel including significant overnight stays and must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance as well as the ability to drive within the assigned territory to make sales calls.
Attitude & Passion. You are able to develop and maintain partnerships with key customers and accounts through verbal and written consultation, presentations, and sales calls. Participates in product marketing promotions including conference and forum organization and implementation with support of the Product Manager and other representatives
Exceptional organizational and time management skills. You maintain strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and handle fluctuating workloads simultaneously. Your organizational and problem-solving skills are strong while identifying areas for continuous improvement. You have excellent project management and follow up skills and are deadline oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Technical experience. You have strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft® Office; Word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Power Point and knowledge of sales reporting system.
