We are searching for an exceptionally talented Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our growing team and help us deliver on our customer promise. Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture, you will play a significant role in helping the company source, attract, assess, and welcome top talent to join our elite team. You live and breathe our Fusion Homes values and can accurately assess this in successful candidates. With a proven track record of developing a strong network and pipeline for current and future roles, you are passionate about finding top-notch candidates and know that bringing the best talent on board is what makes our company excel. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in our Guelph Office and 2 days working from home.


What You’ll be Doing:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to recruit top talent across Fusion Homes, as well as the organizations within Helia Capital where required
  • Develop a first-class talent pipeline through consistent networking, referrals, and strategic research
  • Work with clients and key stakeholders to define a recruiting strategy based on the specific opportunity and business needs, clearly communicate the process, and set and manage client and candidate expectations
  • Drive an unparalleled, end-to-end candidate experience from the job posting through to onboarding and development


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Strong executive presence while representing the Fusion Homes brand and values
  • Demonstrated professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills and Emotional Intelligence
  • Results-driven mentality with the ability to use creative strategies to find top talent
  • Travel to Toronto may be required for interviews, conferences, meetings and networking events.
