Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Manager to support the growth and development of our company. Recruitment Manager will be directing company’s recruitment strategies and staffing objectives as requested by senior management.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be working in developing recruitment programs to attract, identify and source qualified office employees only. Recruitment Manager will be part of the team which will maintain and enhance the company’s recruitment department by planning, implementing, and evaluating potential employees. In addition, Recruitment Manager will conduct and arrange interviews, conduct reference checks, prepare weekly and monthly reports on effectiveness of advertising, costs of staff recruitment, applicant tracking and turnover.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of recruitment experience in transportation industry (an asset)
  • Transportation/Logistics background is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Great interpersonal skills, natural sales person
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer knowledge- working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and training skills
