Kijiji is looking for a dynamic and community-focused Customer Service Representative to join its already existent professional Team.
SHIFT TIMES: The successful candidate must be flexible to work afternoon, night and overnight shifts, including weekends, 40 hours / week on a month-to-month based schedule. Core shift will be 8am – 4pm (Tue – Sat or Sun – Thurs) but may change with the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work any shift, including weekends.
Customer Service Agent provide ongoing and continuous support to the Automotive, Real Estate and Jobs teams through emails and Live Chat platforms. This allows for a unique opportunity to gain exposure and experience across business units. This is a fast paced and exciting and you will be part of a dynamic group of individuals with a great team spirit.
This position is remote, working from home. Therefore, working at Kijiji requires trust, self-determination, and ability to work independently with strict Metrics and Key Performance Indicators that must be achieved.
A day in the life of a Customer Service Agent:
- Respond to High Volume Community Support e-mails or Live Chat (depending of the assignment). No phone calls.
- Review associated or reported ads referenced in cases.
