Estimating Administrator
The Estimating Administrator assists the estimating team with all functions related to pre-qualifications, proposals and company wide pricing.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist estimating team with tracking, organizing new requests and updating progress on ongoing requests
- Assist team with gathering tender documentation and compiling required company and project specific information and attachments
- Facilitate pre-qualification requests as required
- Liaise with project management team and external stakeholders to ensure accurate quoting information
- Assist estimating team with managing all company and client price lists and uploading into Ketek database
- Complete rental quotes as required
- General administrative support to the estimating team where necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to adhere to tight time constraints and manage work accordingly
- Strong work ethic and organizational planning skills with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
