Talent Experience Strategy
Here at Klick we are growing fast and we are looking for a Junior Talent Experience Partner to join us on a full time basis. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, Talent Experience Partners help keep our candidates and new hires moving with the aim of personalizing their experience. They play an integral role in reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, onboarding sessions, tracking down feedback, and keeping candidates up to date on where they are in the process. As a Junior Talent Experience Partner, you will work closely with your Talent Acquisition Partner to manage a pool of applicants and their candidate journey. Reporting to the Associate Director Talent Acquisition, the Junior Talent Experience Partner will be responsible to manage the candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process. As the Junior Talent Experience Partner you will work with talent acquisition partners to manage the candidate process and experience across 1-2 crafts at Klick. You will work with business leadership and TA leadership to create a candidate experience that is unique and best in class.

What you will do:

    • Work with talent experience partner to manage talent experience recruitment for one or more crafts
    • Build partner relationships with craft hiring managers
    • Participate in hiring manager intake to assess role needs
    • Work with Talent Acquisition Partners to move applicants through a coordinated candidate journey
    • Build warm relationships with our candidates as their “go-to” person throughout the candidate process
    • Schedule interviews into some of the busiest calendars in the company (you will become an expert at calendar Tetris!)
    • Keep up to date with candidate testing and case study processes as they evolve and change
    • Conduct resume review and pipelining as needed for TA partners
    • Schedule onboarding sessions for new hires
    • Post vacant roles on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards
    • Review applicants and support the team with sourcing and research
    • Communicate effectively with candidates about Klick and relevant craft/role
    • Manage communications and processes as they are related to the candidate experience
    • Communicate effectively, as well as influence and educate hiring managers at all levels on the talent acquisition and hiring process
    • Use discretion and sensitivity in handling candidate information

What we need from you:

    • Desire to learn about and participate in talent acquisition and candidate management
    • Interest in learning about recruiting process for various capabilities (Technology, Creative,Project Management, etc)
    • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
    • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
    • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
    • Positive, can-do attitude
    • Demonstrates enthusiasm and energy
    • Solution oriented
    • Strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and ability to handle a heavy workload
    • Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
