We are in search of a Business Development Representative whose main objective would be expanding LendCare’s partner base. This position will use phone calls, virtual meetings, and emails to connect with vendors across Canada in efforts to set up meetings to pitch LendCare’s technology and financial products as a payment solution for their consumers, then close on a partnership agreement. This position has a commission aspect tied to establishing partnerships & the subsequent performance of the representative’s portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and establish new partnerships
  • Collect and review partnership documentation
  • Develop established partnerships by following up and prompting activity
  • Manage sales pipeline and adjust daily strategies

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in sales and/or business development; B2B background is a plus
  • Experience in a target-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in using software solutions such as CRMs, Soft Phones, Virtual Meetings, Digital Contract Signing
  • Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
