AS A SUPPLY SECIALIST, YOU WILL:

1. Coordinate Deliveries with our Tier 1 Partners for

a. Builder Orders,

b. Display Unit Orders,

c. Replacement Orders,

d. Other Orders as needed.

2. Working with the Concierge Teams, coordinate home deliveries (Delivery to the store for them to complete home delivery)

a. TGA,

b. Caplan and

c. Browns.

3. Working with the Concierge Teams, coordinate home deliveries for the GTA area with our primary home delivery partners.

4. Work with the Customer Service Team, to coordinate factory approved exchanges RMT’s managing the outbound and return inventory transactions associated with these exchanges.

5. Work with the Concierge Team, to coordinate replacement shipments RMA’s managing the outbound and return inventory transactions associated with these exchanges.

6. Working with the Supply Chain Manager – Procurement expedite material to meet all direct and indirect customer demand.

7. Working with the Warehouse Manager – ensure accurate inventory is maintained by identifying areas of concern, suggesting cycle counts, and supporting inventory transfers to quarantine stock when needed.

8. Work with the Technical Services Team, to coordinate items to be repaired by third parties and put back into stock.

9. Working with the Warehouse Manager, identify and coordinate the re-classification of inventory from normal stock codes to used stock codes as needed.

10. Working with the Sales Management coordinate the timely replacement of display models in the Maroline Showrooms. Including creation of sales demand documents and transfer of goods in the ERP system.

11. Working with the Director of Supply Chain and the Finance Team, support the reconciliation process of the annual inventory counts. In particular this includes closing of any RMT, RMA, Store Transfer and open Service orders in advance of the inventory.

12. In conjunction with Strauss Water Service, oversee and manage the time of the local Strauss Water Installation Technician.

13. Any other duties as assigned by management.

This is a critical position which requires interaction with both internal and external customers as well as dealing with various service providers. Strong interpersonal skills are needed for this role.

With respect to deliveries the duties including checking the status of orders, preparing orders for shipment, uploading and validating delivery details into portal shipping system and addressing any order issues.

Knowledge of Great Plains ERP and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems are needed for this position. Extensive interaction with the Warehouse Manager is needed to ensure that the daily fulfillment process is smooth.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics and Customer service

· Knowledge of appliance industry as asset

· Experience with computer and web-based systems (e.g., email, web-based applications, delivery/scheduling systems, online ordering systems, training).

· Experience inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information

· Bilingual (asset)

· Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise as well as perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties

· Valid Forklift Permit (an asset)
