General Responsibilities (but not limited to):

· Execute all marketing initiatives by creating and managing project elements including graphic design, website updates, social content building for Facebook and Instagram, and YouTube for all O’Connor Companies.

· Collaborate with dealership management to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

· Manage quality of design and content updates on multiple websites.

· Operate field or studio cameras and related equipment; recommend shooting changes for more effective visuals; make technical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment to ensure high-quality production.

· Perform all phases of video production such as developing concepts and storyboarding; script research and writing- camera operation, and light staging, securing locations; editing, mixing sound, creating graphics, and using digit.

· Create multimedia digital storytelling videos using stills, graphics, animation, sound effects, narration, and music; perform audio recording, extracting, and editing for podcasting; load videos online.

· Maintain production database, and equipment.

· Undertake other individual tasks of the marketing plan as assigned.

· Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures;

Qualifications and Experience:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital/print marketing design role within, or in a related field.

· Adobe Suite (or comparable designing program) knowledge is a must.

· Basic HTML for email campaign and design.

· Experience working with Google Suite, and Excel.

· Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.

· Experience with video production, creative services and direct marketing also an asset.

· Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System, Homenet, VinSolutions, Auto-Trader, Cargurus is considered an asset.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

· Great attitude, personable, courteous and outgoing personality.

· Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized.

· Extremely self-motivated, driven to succeed and have the ability to meet and exceed targets.

· Positive attitude and a team player.

· Strive for leadership, engagement, and motivation in a dynamic environment

· Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to multi-task with good time management and organization skills.

· Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean Drivers Abstract

Compensation

· Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience.
