Responsibilities and Duties
- Actively reaching out new client through multiple channels including social media, email and cold call to introduce OSIM brand and product.
- Participate in Roadshow and Tradeshow held in major cities within North America.
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information for interested prospects.
- Follow-up on leads generated through existing customers when a new location / roadshow is activated.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners, able to convert inbound sales inquiries to revenue via in-person, phone or email.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills to maintain a good relationship with our clients.
- Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge of related KPIs and ROI analysis
- 2 or more years in online sales or retail sales experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
- Confidence in cold calling is a must.
- Effective time management, multi-task, and organization skills.
- Team-oriented, reliable, driven, excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
