Key Responsibilities:
· Manages full recruitment cycle by partnering with Human Resources and Managers assessing the recruitment needs on an ongoing basis.
· Creates and posts job descriptions on various social media platforms.
· Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent.
· Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, events, and on- going relationship management.
· Review applicants resumes, conduct phone interviews, in person reviews and present suitable candidates to hiring Managers.
· Coordinate interviews with for hiring managers.
· Identify candidates, manage the candidate experience and negotiate offers.
· Has solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape
· Has strong knowledge of interview practices and techniques
· Has knowledge of the provincial employment legislation
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
· Established path of success in candidate generation & strong candidate assessment skills Experience with internet research
· Strong organizational skills
· Fluent and proficient in English
· Chinese speaking and reading is a distinct advantage, any other knowledge of a Korean or Japanese language is a bonus.
