What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of boat, motor and trailer (BMT) inventory management
- Monitors inventory levels and inventory movement using system or manual inventory tracking and anticipates or reacts to shortages and overstocks immediately
- Maintain inventory levels that meet the customer demands while ensuring operational costs are minimized and operational effectiveness is maximized
- Coordinating Delivery of units to the final customer
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and delegating work accordingly
- Schedules and coordinates product deliveries into various locations
- Ensure all employees comply with applicable legislation, including safe operation, carriage of goods, and weights and dimensions
- Oversee the planning of logistics of the trip, and ensure appropriate paperwork to transport goods, materials, or passengers is obtained
- Ensure all reported vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to company vehicles is done so in accordance with our company policy
- Ensure that all employees comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Ensure employees have clear goals and are aware of expectations
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and formal evaluations
- All other duties as assigned
What We’d Like From You
- 2-5 years of experience in a management role
- 2-5 years of experience overseeing inventory
- Post-secondary education in management or a related field considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Inventory Control: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
