Your role is critical in handling the importance of proper account management. The job will require you to operate as part of the accounting team. You will interact with vendors and suppliers to clarify billing issues and to get the business paid. You will utilize your experience to foster trust with vendors and suppliers.
The accounting clerk’s daily tasks include routine accounting functions like reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling and preparing daily cash deposits and updating receivable ledgers. Their actions are to compliment the Office Manager overall direction for business administration of the department. Our management style is not to micro manage the employee, rather have the employee in a position to succeed and offer support when requested.

Salary: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
