Senior Solutions Sales Executive, Ricoh IT & Communication Services
Ricoh’s IT & Communications Services specializes in the design, implementation, and support of all I.T. Infrastructure, Visual Communications, and Networking systems. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Sales Executive, who is a highly motivated individual and the driver for net new business acquisition in your territory.
As a Senior Solutions Account Executive with Ricoh, you will be responsible for owning, managing, and driving the full sales process from the first contact through closing new sales. The position requires strong prospecting, effective communication, presentation and closing skills.
Responsibilities:
- We are hiring you to FIND and CLOSE deals. You should be outgoing, personable, and passionate about the business you represent.
- This is a hybrid role – you may find yourself working from the Ricoh office, meeting with clients in their place of business, or at your home office as needs dictate. You may need to travel at up to 20% of the time, depending on your assigned territory.
- Your responsibility is dedicated to developing and pursuing sales strategies aimed towards finding net new business opportunities in your region
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services and demonstrate expertise in solving customer problems with the benefits of our solutions.
- Present Ricoh’s IT and Communications Solutions and Services to potential clients – create proposals that outline pricing models, implementation strategies, and other details pertaining to client projects
- Consistently maintain accurate information of your activities, next steps, probabilities, communications and forecasting within our Salesforce CRM.
- Work with marketing teams to promote new products or services to existing clients
- Develop sales strategies for new clients, including identifying target markets and creating presentations to showcase product offerings
- Conduct regular account reviews with existing clients to provide a great customer experience, keep communication open, and be prepared to offer new solutions
- Represent Ricoh IT Services, when required, to present at go-to-market events
- Continually cultivate a deep understanding of technology services and trends
- Actively participate in Ricoh training events
Qualifications:
- 5 – 10 year of sales experience with 3-5 years selling in the Managed IT Services and IT Project Services industry
- Proven track record in sales achievement
- Desire and passion for sales/business development
- Possess strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision makers through demonstrated business acumen
- High level of business acumen, in order to have “business discussions with business people.”
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to investigate, understand and communicate business outcomes in relation to technology decisions in the areas of – Managed Services, Networking, IT Security, Strategy, Infrastructure, Cloud Solutions and Procurement.
- The ability to comprehend and then articulate technical jargon in easily understood terms
- A successful track record of exceeding targets and positive outlook with client and team success as the ultimate goal
- An effective communicator; you have the ability to express ideas clearly in multiple formats and present your ideas well
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and negotiating skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Experience using LinkedIn as networking and business development platform
