Job Description Summary:
As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible driving overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness and instituting best-in-class operational processes across the sales and marketing funnel. You will identify, scope and plan for new operational and marketing capabilities that drive and deliver growth for Mastermind.

This role reports to the Director, Marketing Operations on the central Marketing team focused on acquisition, retention, and go to market strategies and capabilities. We seek hardworking, hands-on marketers and operational leaders who balance creative approaches with a data-driven mentality. The ideal candidate brings expertise in marketing automation, CRM, an understanding of marketing technologies, a fluency working with data and quantitative reasoning, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales and demand gen, and most importantly, a passion for teamwork and collaboration.

A Successful Senior Marketing Operations Manager Will:
Manage marketing automation platform performance and optimize processes across the customer journey and marketing/sales funnel.

Evaluate new technologies and process enhancements to improve marketing efforts and campaign execution.

Enable and support experimentation to cultivate a test/learn culture

Oversee campaign set up and tracking of direct response and demand generation campaign activity to ensure attribution to activity source.

Operationalize AdTech capabilities and drive operational excellence for campaign production and execution.

Perform additional processing on campaign list files to deliver proper level of personalization and campaign tracking. Maintain established campaign taxonomy and structure through campaign hierarchy within CRM platform.

Provide consultation and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues

Continuously optimize the end-to-end lead flow generated by marketing programs and drive volume and velocity of qualified leads.

Develop and optimize automated nurture and lead scoring programs, demand gen and ABM programs

Drive lead enrichment, database record management and partner with the demandgen team to increase engagement.

Support data hygiene and drive governance in Salesforce, including building and maintaining account hierarchies and developing best practices.

Support the process and governance for growing a healthy marketing database of prospects and customers, which Marketing and Sales effectively use for pipeline generation.

Partner closely with sales teams to continually improve and refine lead scoring, waterfall metrics, lead flow process, and ensure optimal flow through the lead lifecycle.

Partner with Sales Development for effective follow-up and opportunity optimization.

Responsible for the end-to-end ownership and management of relevant marketing technology stack, tools, and integrations.

Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of marketing, operations, or sales enablement experience, preferably in a B2B, high-growth marketing environment.

Experience with marketing campaign and lead generation, demand generation processes, performance analytics, and best practices.

Professional Skills/Preferred:
Hands-on experience with Eloqua, Salesforce

Passion for process improvement and commitment to driving results.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.

Ability to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.

Proven understanding of core business processes including sales, marketing, and business development.

Highly organized, with strong planning and project management skills, being able to build timelines and back into dates and identify dependencies to keep the plan in motion

A great communicator with interpersonal skills; savvy networker experience working with many internal and external stakeholders, in addition to managing relationships with different vendors, organizations within our (automotive) industry, agencies, on-site event staff and more

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,800 to $118,900. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
