Job Description:
Responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. Colloborate with Owner/CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company’s costs, financial strategy and operations.
Duties:
-Preparing forecasts and budgets, monitoring expenditures, costs and P&L.
-Helping create the annual operating plan and budget.
-Managing the HR function including compensation and conducting periodic compensation reviews
-Managing outside legal counsel
-Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement and tax information, interacting with the accountants.
-Implementing systems and processes including payroll, accounting, tax and ERP systems to reduce the manual accounting aspects.
-Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to owner.
-Oversea cash flow, cash management, working capital and company audits
-Reconciliation on AP, AR and LDB reports.
Qualifications:
-Strong finance-based analytical skills
-Experience in winery financial operation is an asset
-CPA or MBA preferred

Salary: $56,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
