The TA Programs & Technology team is a small but mighty team within People & Culture that solves big problems and supports the national Talent Acquisition team to source, attract and hire top talent.
- We collaborate with internal and external partners to create better experiences for our candidates, recruiters and hiring leaders.
- We drive technology change, optimization and evolution.
- We proactively identify and action opportunities for continuous process improvement, simplification and automation.
- We are looking for a Business Consultant that will help deliver efficient, flexible and future focused solutions that continuously improve business processes and end user experiences.
What you’ll do
As a Business Consultant, you’ll play an integral role in driving innovative solutions throughout the recruitment process. Using your mix of strong consultative skills, business knowledge and technical expertise, you will:
- Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in recruitment processes and systems, with a strong focus on optimizing and streamlining SuccessFactors RCM and RMK to improve team member and candidate experiences.
- Solicit, document and review business requirements with users and translate those requirements into functional process design and system configuration.
- Collaborate with internal partners and key stakeholders, provide thought leadership and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide consultative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute your expertise to the delivery of ongoing training, communication and change management.
- Lead and/or participate in projects, both large and small, taking ownership from end-to-end. Identify any impact to other downstream teams, systems and processes.

Great-to-haves
- Experience with recruitment systems, SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and oral.
