CPA Food Recruitment is one of North America’s leading specialist food industry recruitment consultancies. As part of our exciting expansion plans, we are now looking to hire a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us grow our Canadian & US operations.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, from initial client consultation, to candidate recruitment and interviewing, short-list presentation and all the way through to the offer stage. It’s a role that will be dynamic, ever-changing and varied, so you need to have the flexibility and pro-activeness to deal with this fast-paced industry. Sales and business development will also be a key part of your remit, and you will be charged with growing the US team including hiring new staff as the business expands.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have at least 2 years of experience in a business development/recruiting role within a recruitment agency environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong IT skills, are also required.
