Tridon Communications Hiring for Cellular Sales Representative Job at Edson

Tridon Communications is currently seeking a Full-time Cellular Sales Representative requiring travel for coverage purposes between our Edson and Hinton locations.

The Ideal Candidate for Cellular Sales Representative is:

• Someone who has customer service experience
• Someone who is an avid technology user and good with cell phones and technology
• Someone who can relate to customers, understand their needs, and has a positive attitude
• Prior sales and cell phone experience is an asset

Must Haves:

• Cell phone and computer literacy
• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid Alberta Class 5 Operator’s License
• Ability and willingness to travel between our Hinton and Edson locations
• Valid First Aid Certificate is an asset

What You Will Do:

• This position will require traveling between our Edson and Hinton locations for training, and coverage purposes
• Deliver an exceptional, game-changing customer service experience within the store, matching clientele with the appropriate service and product to meet their individual needs
• Follow up on customer inquiries and with existing customers to explore the need for additional products and services
• Properly complete and file contracts
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Follow TELUS procedures for warranty claims
• Read TELUS daily, online bulletins, and stay up-to-date on the latest technology and training.
• Liaise with other departments to maximize the “Team Concept”
• Communicate with the store manager on merchandising requirements and replenish stock when delivered as required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
