This role will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial accounting information for a portfolio of properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role will also be responsible for identify issues, provide strong analysis on monthly reports and continually seek opportunities for process improvements.
The successful candidate will have five or more years of property accounting experience within Commercial Real Estate and holds a professional accounting designation. The ideal candidate will also have excellent time management, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
