The Customer Service Representative works closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide them with the insight they are looking for and help them complete their purchases. The main function of the department is to handle orders and to provide coordination with customers about products, delivery options and complaints.

- Work directly with our clients. The client base may include a variety of customers, from independent clients as distributors to individual farmers, and customers covered by a key account.

A Day in the Lifeā¦
- Deal with our customers questions, requests and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
Accept and process incoming orders, answer questions, solve problems
- Answer questions about product assortment and applications, production based on standard product, quoting prices and delivery times (training provided)
Participate in process improvements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous retail experience, focused on excellent customer service
- Customer management and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High level of computer competency including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
