Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of the Voyageur Aviation recruitment team. This exciting role provides administration and support to the recruitment team and provides administrative duties to support the HR team, when required.
The Job:
- Administrate staffing requisitions and approvals for all open positions.
- Responsible for creating, reviewing, editing, and posting job postings to Voyageur’s external job boards.
- Prepare letters of offer, hiring packages, and onboarding documents for new hires.
- Manage and administer various databases.
- Assist with monthly analytics and reposting requirements.
- Prepare and manage documents related to recruitment, HR processes, and communications.
- Generate reports, compile data, and conduct research related to HR.
- Maintain and update electronic employee training files, databases, and other related documentation.
- Create, coordinate, and distribute company-wide communications.
- Coordinate HR activities and events.
The Next Great Human Resources Coordinator Has:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Aptitude for creating and editing business correspondence.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple priorities, in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.
- Resourcefulness, proactivity, and good judgment in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Bilingual (French & English) considered an asset.
