Right now, we are looking for a Marketing Supervisor who can start working ASAP. Guaranteed hourly wage of $20/h + excellent bonus structure (earning potential $23-28+/h)
Working schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (4 days per week), from 10:00am to 6:00pm. You must be able to work on the weekend to be considered for this position.
Position Summary:
The primary role of our Marketing Supervisor is to respond to customer concerns, provide pricing and quotes to new clients. They will also assist the Branch Manager with the day to day operations and supervision of the Door Knockers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead our Door Knocker teams – this position involved regular travelling since you will be dropping off and picking up your team members to and from different locations, using the company vehicle, every day.
- Meet with clients on the lawn where possible or make contact via telephone to resolve customer complaints
- Provide lawn analysis quotes to potential customers
- Assist in the filling our trucks with product
- Provide basic lawn care services such as but not limited to: fertilizer, weed control, top dressing, etc.
- Complete all paperwork properly and in a timely manner
- Assist in the simple maintenance and repair of equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
- Travel to our Ottawa office when required to
Qualifications:
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
- Have some leadership and team mentoring/supervising experience
- Must have mechanical capabilities to operate the tools we provide (fertilizer spreader, ..etc)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Able to work long hours during peak productions times
- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Must have: Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record
- Must be able to travel to Ottawa some times per week if needed to.
