Wiltech Developments Inc, a civil construction company, on the west side, requires an Office Manager/Accountant

Key Responsibilities

(Sage 50)

  • Payroll (up to 50 employees)
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with inventory control
  • Allocate all information to projects
  • Verify invoices and receipts; track and maintain records
  • Government Remittances
  • Assist with Vehicle/Equipment file management
  • Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Year end preparation for external accountant
  • Front-End/Reception duties (minor)

Qualifications

  • Experience with Sage 50
  • Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • College diploma, degree or combined academic background/experience in accounting
  • Experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, and very organized
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and with minimal supervision
  • Civil construction experience is an asset

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:00

Wages are dependent on qualifications and experience.

Salary: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
