Wiltech Developments Inc, a civil construction company, on the west side, requires an Office Manager/Accountant
Key Responsibilities
(Sage 50)
- Payroll (up to 50 employees)
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Assist with inventory control
- Allocate all information to projects
- Verify invoices and receipts; track and maintain records
- Government Remittances
- Assist with Vehicle/Equipment file management
- Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Year end preparation for external accountant
- Front-End/Reception duties (minor)
Qualifications
- Experience with Sage 50
- Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- College diploma, degree or combined academic background/experience in accounting
- Experience in full-cycle accounting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, and very organized
- The ability to work well in a team environment and with minimal supervision
- Civil construction experience is an asset
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:00
Wages are dependent on qualifications and experience.
