What we need from you:

With guest experience always at the forefront, we will need you to drive change and empower results. We will also need you to develop and deliver innovative and effective solutions to meet our strategic imperatives, launch a new breed of experience and further cement our place as an entertainment powerhouse!
What your day to day will look like:
Brand Ambassador. Relationship builder. Guest Experience champion. Business leader. These imperative functions will define your days. You will lead, develop and directan effective Quick Service Restaurant Food & Beverage Operations team, to develop business strategies that deliver on financial & Service Standard objectives. You will also design operational programs/policies that align with the Food & Beverage goals and objectives of the organization and the Franchised Brand Service Standards. You will act as the QSR product expert to ensure that all food quality & service standards are being fully executed 100%. You will need to build strong relationships with the Franchised brand representatives and attend all performance or Mystery Shopper reviews. Observe and analyze service delivery times daily to ensure that the teams are delivering on the KPI’s. You will also need to meet with department Managers on a daily / weekly basis to develop actions to ensure that there is consistent improvement if required. Taking an active part in the planning, training and execution of the Woodbine casino expansion plans and identifying ways to increase overall profitability across the quick service restaurant outlets will be important for success.
What we’re looking for
- 5-10 years management experience in Quick Service restaurants
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Culinary Management or Hospitality related field.
- Advanced knowledge of multi-unitQuick Service Restautant operations
- Advanced knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, leadership, organization, and management skills.
